RETURN POLICY
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a return policy that allows you to return your order within 14 days of receiving the package. For any questions or assistance, please email info@easton-london.com.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Return Period: You have 14 days to return your product, starting from the day you receive your package. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.
Product Condition: Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging so they can be resold.
Exceptions: Certain items are excluded from return, including:

If the return is initiated due to reasons attributable to the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact cost will depend on the courier service you choose.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellation Period: Customers can cancel their order within 1 hour of placing it. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Return Request: Send an email to customer service at info@easton-london.com to request a return. Provide your contact information, order number, and clear photos or videos of any defects or damage.

Return Shipment: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the items. Ensure that the items are returned in perfect condition and meet all the return conditions.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will not be refunded. Please note that our warehouse is located in Asia, so be aware of potential international shipping costs.

Track and Trace: When returning a product, a track and trace number is mandatory. Without a valid track and trace number, the return will be considered invalid and cannot be processed.

Proof of Shipment: Send proof of shipment via email (reply to our previous email or write to info@easton-london.com).
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping fee in full.
REFUND
Refunds for returned items will be processed within 2–5 business days after the returned items are received by the supplier.
IMPORTANT NOTES
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition with all labels and tags attached. The product should show no signs of use.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe the items have been used or damaged beyond our control.
All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
NOTES
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or issues during the shipping process.
We reserve the right not to issue a refund if the return conditions are not met.
Please note that, if applicable, your items may need to be returned to one of our warehouses, which may be located abroad depending on where the item is in stock.
